Absolute Bomb dot com for Nicaraguan food.
Have been coming here for one year.
Bring cash or extra dollar for cards.
Everything is tasty and fresh. Including the salsa and chips served when you sit down. Got a kick to it.
You must get the steak chimichurri sauce... it's made fresh every order and tastes amazing like candy. We ate every single bite and licked our plates. We make sure to get all three types of plantains so we can share! -

I was excited about getting some taste of Central America, the reviews were not bad except that the service was slow, but I was willing to wait. Yes, the service is very slow and they have a sign saying it's because they prepare each dish fresh from scratch. Be prepared to wait at least an hour for your food. What bothered me the most was that I paid $18 for three mineral water with lemon, they said it's because it is "prepared", I asked to see it in the menu but it wasn't. So, check that all you order is on the menu, if not ask for the price, or else you might be in for a surprise. I ended up paying $95 for my family of 4. In any case, it is an overpriced place, plus bad service. Food was just ok.

I loved their pupusas and their sopa de pollo! I don't know if anyone cares about this but their bathrooms are super clean as well!

One of the worst places I ever visited in Las Vegas. When you first walk in, the smell immediately hits you with sewage and cheese. To top it off our waitress "wendy" was very rude and took forever for our drinks. Only came to give us the food, drinks and the bill. Never came to check up on us. The food was okay but the wait time was not worth it. Only come if you have patience and can stand strong sewage smells while eating.

Just went back to Bahia. Still terrific food, good service, & a nice change from chain restaurants or buffets. This will more than satisfy your desire for a home style Nica meal. Gave that 5th star this time because they brought out our food faster than last time.
